Jaggi Cabs - Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Jaggi Cabs, we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the cancellation of bookings and the applicability of refunds.
1. Cancellation Policy:
1.1 Customer Initiated Cancellations:
- You can cancel your booking through our mobile application, website, or by contacting our customer support hotline.
- Cancellations made [Specify Time Frame, e.g., more than 1 hour] before the scheduled pickup time will generally not incur any cancellation charges.
- Cancellations made within [Specify Time Frame, e.g., 1 hour] of the scheduled pickup time, or after the driver has been dispatched, may be subject to a cancellation fee. - Failure to show up at the designated pickup location without prior cancellation will be considered a cancellation and may result in a no-show fee, equivalent to the cancellation fee.
1.2 Driver Initiated Cancellations:
- In rare circumstances, a driver may need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen reasons such as vehicle breakdown or safety concerns. In such cases, you will be notified immediately, and you will not be charged.
- Jaggi Cabs will make every effort to find an alternative driver for you as quickly as possible. If an alternative driver cannot be arranged, you will be offered a full refund.
1.3 Jaggi Cabs Initiated Cancellations:
- Jaggi Cabs reserves the right to cancel a booking under certain circumstances, such as:
- If the information provided by the customer is inaccurate or incomplete.
- If there are safety concerns or unforeseen circumstances that make it impossible to provide the service.
- In cases of force majeure (events beyond our reasonable control).
- In such cases, you will be notified, and you will receive a full refund if applicable.
2. Refund Policy:
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds may be applicable in the following situations:
- Cancellation by Jaggi Cabs or the driver (as outlined in section 1).
- Overcharging due to a technical error or other valid reason.
- Service issues that are verified and deemed to be the fault of Jaggi Cabs.
2.2 Refund Processing:

- The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the booking. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to find an alternative solution.

- Disputes regarding the route taken, unless it can be proven that the driver acted negligently or intentionally took an unreasonable route.
3. Dispute Resolution:
